Call for Poster Abstracts

The TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center, HealthySteps, Healthcare for All, and the Massachusetts Department of Health are seeking submissions for poster presentations at the upcoming conference, FROM VISION TO COLLECTIVE ACTION: Team-Based Pediatric Primary Care.

Deadline: October 16, 2026

Context

The conference brings together leaders across pediatric primary care, behavioral health, policy, workforce, public health, advocacy, research, funding, and those with lived experience to advance team-based care across Massachusetts. The focus is on what’s happening on the ground: how integrated, team-based care is being delivered in pediatric primary care settings, where it’s making a difference, and where practices and families are still struggling. We’re building on what Massachusetts has learned, while also drawing upon lessons from other states. Learn from frontline innovations, connect with partners across sectors, and shape next steps for the field.

We want to hear from you!

We encourage practices, youth, workforce members, practitioners, advocates, leaders, and policymakers to share case studies, research, practice-based evidence, emerging findings and best practices that demonstrate the impact of integrated behavioral health, team-based care, and pediatric primary care.

Submission Criteria

Please submit an abstract detailing your poster presentation.

  • The abstract should include a clear and concise description of the information included in your poster presentation, including the case example, the topic of your work, background context, research methodologies or strategies, the significant findings, outcomes, or results of your research, and a conclusion.
  • Abstracts written in scientific, narrative, or storyboard format will be accepted for review.
  • Abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
  • The deadline for submissions is October 16, 2026.
