Holyoke Health Center is currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)Â to join their integrated care team. Independent MA clinical license is required. The clinician will provide behavioral health assessment, treatment, and supportive services to patients across the lifespan, working collaboratively with primary care and other care team members. Holyoke is looking for clinicians who are passionate about integrated care and interested in working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment serving a diverse patient population across the lifespan. Their BHCs work closely with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to provide brief interventions, same-day consultations, assessments, crisis intervention, and connections to ongoing treatment and community resources.
