Practice Transformation Analyst
Elijah Boliver, MPH, is the Practice Transformation Analyst for the TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center and a member of the Diversity, Equity, Belonging, and Accessibility workgroup. Under the purview of his Practice Transformation Analyst role, Elijah serves as the anchor of the Jesse Parker Williams Foundation partnership where he manages all aspects of the project, including implementation and evaluation support for participating practices. Elijah received his MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Boston University School of Public Health. Prior to joining TEAM UP, Elijah worked as a Substance Use Therapist in rural, upstate New York with a primary focus population of adolescents and young adults. Elijah’s primary interests rest within the convergence of data-informed decision-making, implementation of evidence-based practices, and the advancement of equitable access and delivery of high-quality behavioral health care. Elijah is motivated to continue his work and expand his interests in the pediatric behavioral health care field.
