Clinical Training Specialist

Kira Rosa, LICSW, is a Clinical Training Specialist for TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center. Kira, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, has worked with children and families in community mental health for over 10 years. She started with the TEAM UP initiative as a clinician for a cohort health center and was quickly inspired by the mission TEAM UP represents. Her love for community mental health and passion for helping children affected by trauma fit in perfectly with the TEAM UP model. She continues to work as the Pediatric/OB Behavioral Health Manager for a Brockton Neighborhood Health Center and as Clinical Training Specialist for TEAM UP so that she can continue to spread a model that she believes in.
