About Carsen Rhys Beckwith: Carsen Rhys Beckwith, MSW (they/them), is the Program Director at Project HEAL, where they lead the organization’s direct service, community connection, and capacity-building programs. With over eight years of experience addressing health disparities and advancing equity, Beckwith has worked across queer health, reproductive justice, organizational development, and community engagement. Prior to Project HEAL, they oversaw program development and grantmaking at the Transgender Strategy Center and have consulted widely on gender equity and inclusion. Their work is guided by a commitment to equity, queer liberation, and building pathways to care and community.
