Elijah Boliver, MPH, Practice Transformation Analyst
We are thrilled to announce that Elijah Boliver, MPH has been appointed Practice Transformation Analyst for the TEAM UP Scaling & Sustainability Center. In this role, he specializes in assisting practices with implementation support and technical assistance, coupled with data analysis and evaluation support. Additionally, Elijah will be stepping in to anchor the Jesse Parker Williams Foundation collaboration where he will manage all aspects of the project, including implementation and evaluation support for participating practices. Previously, Elijah served as the Data & Implementation Analyst for TEAM UP. Elijah received his MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Boston University School of Public Health.
